Description
In stead of detection by ethidium bromide and UV light ,DNA bands can be excised under visible light and reach higher cloning efficiency. It makes DNA recovery safer and more efficient. This kit detects DNA as low amount as 100 ng. All components in this kit are tested DNase free.

Application
Monitoring DNA Electrophoresis under visible light.
Excision of DNA from agarose gel can be further purified by organic solvent extraction or other commercial kit before cloning.
