• June 2000 - Strong Biotech Corporation was founded in Taiwan, R.O.C.
• October 2001 - Executed “SBIR” project on stool diagnostic device for Helicobacter pylori with grant support of The Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C.
• November 2003 - Completed “SBIR” project and successfully developed stool diagnostic device.
• January 2004 - Developed cloning vector for PCR system.
• March 2004 - Executed “CITD” project on apoptosis detection kit with grant support of The Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C.
• December 2004 - Completed “CITD” project and successfully developed apoptosis detection kit.
• October 2005 – Participated in “SBIR” project on purification of xylitol from discarded wood flour together with major executive companies, San-Ying and Chung Hwa Pulp Corp. with grant support of Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C. And developed several microbial strains producing enzymes for food industry.
• December 2005 - SBC Research products were divided into three major product lines: Apoptosis detection, Genomics and the Proteomics series. All of them have been highly recommended by the users of Research Labs and distributors in the field.
• January 2006 - Developed HelicotecUT® (An in vitro diagnostic kit in gel form for testing Helicobacter pylori) and obtained the IVD license from Department of Health, R.O.C.
• August 2006 - Executed “CITD” project on Annexin V derivative used in Image Diagnosis with Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C. support.
• March 2007 - successfully established recombinant protein over expression and microbial fermentation technology which is applied in production of proteins and peptides in Medical Cosmetics. By the advanced technology in the field, we were invested in fermentative production of Medical Cosmetics new star, proteins and peptides in the family of Growth Factors.
• May 2007 - Developed a “New” in vitro diagnostic kit HelicotecUT®Plus in paper form for testing Helicobacter pylori and obtained the license from Department of Health, R.O.C. before sold to health system.
• July 2007 - Successfully developed apoptosis detection system of in vivo cell used for image diagnosis.
• August 2008 - Past SGS inspection of quality management system and obtained ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2000 certificate.
• October 2008 - Obtained CE certificate for Helicotec®UT and HelicotecUT®Plus, and began to start building a global sales network.
